What is TRiO Student Support Services?

We are funded by a federal grant through the Department of Education. We provide services to 160 eligible OSU Institute of Technology students.

Who is eligible to apply?

To qualify, you must meet at least one of the following:

• First Generation - neither parent has a 4 year ( Bachelor’s ) degree
• Low Income - as defined by U.S. Department of Education
• Disabled - as recognized by OSU Institute of Technology ADA Compliance Officer

What services are provided?

• Financial Aid Advisement
• Computer lab
• Workshops
• Tutoring
• Academic Counseling
• Cultural and Social Activities
• Career Planning
• Assistance with transferring to 4 year colleges and graduate programs

How do I apply?

Stop by the Tutorial Learning Center (in the College Readiness Center across the hall from the Library) and complete an application. You can also call 293-4855 for any questions you may have. You can also complete the online application.
